COCONUT YOGURT CHIA PUDDING

Chia pudding is very easy to make, it’s quick, nourishing and makes a healthy and delicious breakfast. We love it because it could be everything prepared the night before and just assemble it the next morning! We usually make a big batch and keep it in the fridge all week for easy breakfasts.

There are endless variations, not just one recipe.. the only ingredient that cannot be negotiated are the chia seeds, all the rest can be replaced for any other options of your choice. ⠀

The fun part, the toppings. You can definitely eat this chia pudding plain but we recommend adding some yummy toppings for extra nutrition and flavour. Here are some of our favourites: Cacao nibs, granola (recipe#granolabee) shredded or flaked coconut, any kind of berries, sliced banana or any kind of fresh fruit, any kind of nut or seed butter, any kind of nuts.

INGREDIENTS: ⠀

2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk or milk of choice

2 tbsp coconut yoghurt or the one of your choice

Toppings: blueberries, peanut butter, maple syrup, sliced banana ⠀

PROCEDURE:

- Pour ingredients into a glass/cup and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then whisk well again to avoid getting any clumps.

- Cover the glass and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours (the longer the better so the seeds really have time to expand)

- When you're ready to eat it, top with your chosen toppings and enjoy cold 🤍 ⠀
