PIÑA COLADA SMOOTHIE

Is there anything easier to prepare than a smoothie?! You just need a freezer, your favorite fruits and a blender. That’s all!


And they are way too tasty! ⠀


These days that we can’t escape to the beach there is nothing better than enjoying a delicious, healthy version of a piña colada right at home. ⠀



REASONS TO LOVE:

HEALTHY –fresh fruit and coconut milk,no added sugars.

SMOOTH AND REFRESHING - perfect for a refreshing drink throughout the day. ⠀


INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving): ⠀


1 frozen banana

1/4 (3 slices) of fresh pineapple

1 cup of coconut milk (if it’s canned will be creamier)

1 tsp of vanilla essence

desiccated coconut as a topping to decorate ⠀


PROCESS:


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.

Serve immediately, top with desiccated coconut and enjoy! ⠀
