VEGAN PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Peanut Butter is one of our favorite ingredients of all time. It’s creamy, nutty, healthy, satisfying and kind of guilt-free (if you don’t eat an entire jar in one sitting).





It’s as easy as 3 ingredients to make the most delicious peanut butter cookies! In fact, all you need to make them is the following: ⠀


INGREDIENTS: (for 12 cookies)

1 cup peanut butter (salted or unsalted, no added oil, no added sugar)

3/4 cup oat flour (simply place rolled oats in a blender and pulse into a flour. You can replace for any flour of choice)

5 tbsp maple syrup (or any sweetener of choice)


INSTRUCTIONS: ⠀


Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl combine the peanut butter with maple syrup until it form a creamy paste.
Add in the flour and stir until it forms a cookie dough ball
Divide the cookie dough into 12 pieces.
Roll each pieces into a ball between your hands
Place each ball on the baking sheet and using a fork flatten the cookies forming a cross shape on the top.
Bake for 12-18 minutes or until the sides are golden brown.


Cool down 10 minutes on the tray and SNACK READY! ⠀
