ARGENTINIAN COQUITOS

The easiest recipe of the world, super quick, only 3 ingredients and without flour so they are suitable for celiacs. We recommend to add some caramel on top and GUALÁ!

INGREDIENTS: ⠀


200 g shredded coconut

150 g sugar

3 eggs ⠀


METHOD:⠀


Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit)

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and give them the shape you like the most

Bake for 20 minutes until golden and that’s all! Enjoy with your morning or afternoon coffee ⠀


VEGAN OPTION 🌱:


Use chia (1 tbsp chia seeds + 2 1/2 tbsp water) or flaxseed (1 tbsp ground raw flaxseeds + 2 1/2 tbsp water) eggs instead of regular eggs. ⠀
