INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 tbsp instant coffee
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 tbsp water
Ice cubes
1 cup of Milk (any of your choice) ⠀
METHOD: ⠀
In a medium bowl, combine sugar, coffee, and water. Energetically whisk until mixture turns silky smooth and shiny, then continue whisking until it thickens.
Fill a glass/jar most of the way full with ice and milk, then add the whipped coffee mixture on top, stir and enjoy!
