GREEN PEA HUMMUS



INGREDIENTS: ⠀


1 cup cooked green peas*

1 clove garlic

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp tahini (sub 2tbsp sesame seeds)

1/2 lemon juice

A pinch of salt and pepper

Spices of choice (we used garlic powder, smoked paprika and dried onion flakes and ground cumin)


*you can either use frozen, canned or overnight soaked and boiled peas. ⠀


METHOD: ⠀


Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. (Adjust liquids and taste if needed)

Serve with some seeds and olive oil on top and dip away!
