HOMEMADE PANCAKE

They are soft, fluffy, tender, easy to make, kid-friendly and kind of perfect for an everyday breakfast!



Anyone can pancake!

INGRIDIENTS: (for 6 pancakes)


1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of choice

2 tablespoons maple syrup (sub honey, sugar or any sweetener of choice)

1 ripe banana

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)

1/4 teaspoon salt

coconut oil, for cooking (or any other oil or butter)


INSTRUCTIONS:


Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.

Grease a large non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Add batter and cook until edges are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat until batter is all gone.

Serve topped with maple syrup and your favorite fruits or toppings of choice like nut butter, jam or even caramel!
