Its one of those things that is crazy simple to make but also can be combined in a million different ways and of course it is NO BAKE!

It just requires a few hours (or overnight) rest to give the chia seeds time to plump up. Then in the morning, you grab a jar, top with your favourite toppings like fruit,@byronbaypeanutbutter, granola, nuts or coconut flakes and you are good to go.

You can enjoy this 2-ingredients perfectly sweet and delicious pudding for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack. It’s a super healthy and nourishing treat that will keep you going for a while!

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 cup coconut milk or milk of choice

Mango coconut yoghurt

Maple Syrup⠀

1. Pour the chia seeds and the milk into a glass/cup and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then whisk well again to avoid getting any clumps.⠀

2. Cover the glass and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours (the longer the better so the seeds really have time to expand)⠀

3. When you're ready to eat it, top with your chosen toppings and enjoy cold 🤍We placed the chia at the bottom followed by a layer of granola, then the yoghurt and topped with@byronbaypeanutbutter, blueberries and maple syrup.⠀
