Olive Tapenade

Are you a fan of olives or one of those who remove them from the pizza? Before you answer that, let's present you this mouthwatering spread that will absolutely help you with your choice.

Olives great flavour gives this particular dip a fantastic taste like no other which will please both, kids and adults.

Its ultra-easy to make, healthy and ready in a few minutes. You simply pop everything in the food processor, mix it up, and it’s done. If you don’t have a food processor you can even do it by hand, just dice the olives up nice and finely and mix them with the rest of the ingredients.

Add it to your cheese board in your next dinner along with crackers, sliced veggies and bread and get ready for your guests compliments!


1/2 jar of pitted green olives⠀

1/2 jar of pitted kalamata olives ⠀

2 cloves of garlic

1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves

1/2 lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil⠀

Salt and pepper to taste


1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until desired consistency.

2. Adjust flavors and liquids if needed (more lemon juice, olive oil or even a bit of water)⠀

3. Serve it as a dip with some crackers, sourdough or pita bread. It could also be used as a spread for sandwiches or as an accompaniment for any meal.⠀
