NO BAKE PROTEIN BALLS

You are gonna want to save this one! Takes minutes to make, full of protein and energy, great for a quick snack and perfect for after training.

INGREDIENTS: ⠀


1/2 cup of rolled oats

1/2 cup of corn flakes

2 tbsp of peanut butter

1 filled tbsp of cacao

1 tbsp of almond milk (or any of your choice)

1/3 cup maple syrup (sub honey)

Shredded coconut amount needed ⠀


PROCEDURE:


Mix all ingredients into a bowl

Scoop mixture into balls

Roll the balls in shredded coconut

Transfer them to the freezer or refrigerator to chill for 15 minutes to firm up. ⠀
