OVERNIGHT OATS BREAKFAST BOWL



INGREDIENTS


1 cup (90g) of rolled oats

2 cups (470ml) of oat milk or any of your choice

Mixed berries or your favourite fruits

Granola (recipe #granolabee)

1 tsp of cinnamon (optional)

1 tbsp of shredded coconut (optional)

Maple syrup, Honey or any sweetener of your choice (optional)

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

PROCESS


Combine the oats and the milk in a bowl; refrigerate until oats have absorbed the liquid, 8 hours to overnight.

Transfer the oats to a bigger breakfast bowl and add the fruits, granola and coconut.

Sprinkle with cinnamon

Top with a drizzle of syrup or honey ⠀⠀⠀
