Coconut is one of those ingredients that most people either love or hate. We definitely fall into the love category.. in all its variations.

Toasted coconut is one of our favorite ingredients to add to baked goods.. It’s wonderful in granola, cookies, or sprinkled on top of smoothies, nice creams and chia puddings. You can even make vegan coconut bacon.⠀

Besides the amazing flavor and texture that adds to any recipe, it’s one of our main ingredients to decorate our dishes for our photo shootings, they look gorgeous! (#tipsbee) ⠀

It's so easy to make toasted coconut flakes!


1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Spread the coconut flakes evenly on the cookie sheet. Place in the oven.

3. Bake for about 5-8 minutes, stirring to ensure even baking. Remove from the oven when the coconut is fragrant and lightly golden brown. ⠀
