VEGAN CASHEW SPREAD

Honouring our beloved friends @planta.nutricion and @cotimacris we bring you this easy and tasty recipe. ⠀



INGREDIENTS:


1 cup raw cashews (soaked for at least 12 hours (or overnight, is fine), drained, and rinsed

1/4 cup water (more as needed to go in the blender)

1 lemon juice

2 chopped spring onions

1 tbsp of smoked paprika

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 cup oregano (or any species of your choice)

OPTIONAL: nutritional yeast (to get a cheesy taste) ⠀


METHOD: ⠀


Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth. ⠀
