This whole grain vegan crackers are just right for a party or for packing in school lunches. They make the perfect snack or appetizer to serve with your favorite dip. ⠀
Crispy and crunchy, super easy to make and full of flavour! ⠀
INGREDIENTS (FOR APROX. 30-40 CRACKERS)
1/2 cup wholegrain flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/3 cup seeds of choice (we used flax, chia, sunflower, pepitas and hemp seeds)
Salt, pepper and dried herbs to taste (we used oregano and rosemary)
2 cups tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water ⠀
STEPS⠀
1. Form crown with all dry ingredients and add in center the oil and the water.
2. Integrate everything well and form a bun
3. Stretch the dough well on greaseproof paper and cut with a knife into small squares
4. Place the greaseproof paper on a baking sheet
5. Bake in moderate oven for about 25 minutes aprox. or until golden. ⠀
